SHELBY COUNTY, KY (WAVE) - A pit bull suspected of mauling animals to death was released after another string of attacks.
Although there are only a handful of farmers along Ditto Road who have had their animals attacked Kevin Cox's animals keep getting injured.
Cox explained, "I noticed my whole steer bull looking a little different. It was covered in blood. Then my other two bulls come up and they had their ears all chewed up."
The attacks stopped briefly for a couple months, then just last week neighbors said Cox's calf was killed.

Since there was no hard evidence proving the suspected pit bull was behind the attacks, the dog was returned to his owners.
